Lash Legend qualifies for Money in the Bank ladder match
The main theme of the two Money in the Bank ladder matches this year seems to be a relatively youth movement, at least in terms of the stars currently involved in the match and the level they’ve made it to on the main roster. That is to say, there’s a lot of room for someone to advance their career in a major way coming out of the big event scheduled for Sat., Oct. 10, 2026, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The latest qualifier in the women’s match took place on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown in Indianapolis and did not break from the theme, with Giulia taking out Charlotte Flair with the Northern Lights Bomb before Lash Legend came in with the Lash Extension to score the pinfall to advance. Legend now joins Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, and Roxanne Perez as confirmed participants. The final spot will be claimed on SmackDown next week. WWE Raw preview (Sept. 21, 2026): One of WWE’s missing top stars is back to dominate Raw
Raw airs tonight (Sept. 21) with a live show emanating from Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. This is the eight episode of Raw during the ten week build to Money in the Bank, which takes place on October 10. One of WWE’s missing top stars is back to dominate Raw The list of participants for this year’s Money in the Bank ladder matches features plenty of newer WWE stars such as Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans, Jacy Jayne, Sol Ruca, and Lola Vice. The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez will look to keep that trend going tonight when she competes in a 3-way qualifying match on Raw. The only problem is that she’s going up against one of the very best wrestlers on the WWE roster in IYO SKY. WWE will head for the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana for its Money in the Bank premium live event on Sat., Oct. 10, 2026. Now that we’re so close to the show, we nearly have completed fields for the two Money in the Bank ladder matches. Here’s who is in so far, and upcoming qualifiers: Men’s: Bron Breakker vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Trick Williams Upcoming qualifiers: Solo Sikoa vs. Dragon Lee vs. Dominik Mysterio and CM Punk vs. GUNTHER vs. Finn Balor Women’s: Sol Ruca vs. Lola Vice vs. Jacy Jayne Upcoming qualifiers: Iyo Sky vs. La Catalina vs. Roxanne Perez and Charlotte Flair vs. Giulia vs. Lash Legend That leaves just two more qualifiers, one for each division. At least as far as the first participants who have punched their ticket are concerned, it seems clear WWE is going for some new blood possibly breaking into the main event scene. Jacy Jayne qualifies for Money in the Bank ladder match
The current United States champion on the men’s side successfully qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown when Trick Williams pinned Rey Fenix (just after he was hit with an RKO by Randy Orton) in their triple threat match. Could the current United States champion on the women’s side do the same later in the evening? You bet cha! She was up against some incredibly stiff competition — former Women’s Champions in Jade Cargill and Alexa Bliss. It sure looked like she was going to be the one taking the fall to Bliss but because it was a triple threat, Cargill was there — although she was awfully late, and it didn’t come across well on television — to stop the referee from counting to three. Then, just like the men’s match before it, Jayne was there to take advantage when Cargill hit her finish on Bliss, kicking her off and pinning Alexa to qualify.
