The Old Bucks, Cope & Cage, and AEW’s Dudley Boyz go wild with Tables, Ladders, and Chairs
Tonight’s (Sept. 23) episode of Dynamite featured an in-ring promo between the Young Bucks, FTR, and AEW World Tag Team Champions Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. These three teams are fighting for the gold this Saturday night at the All Out pay-per-view in a 3-way TLC match (that AEW is calling a Ladder match). Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler didn’t have much to say during their portion of the promo. Matt and Nick Jackson said of course FTR had nothing to say, because they are AEW’s Dudley Boyz. The Young Bucks then admitted the word “young” doesn’t really apply to themselves anymore, and this might be their last chance to win these belts. Young Bucks get blockbuster match for AEW Redemption PPV
The tag team division in AEW is about to explode with epic matches galore. Speculation is increasing that the New Day and the Motor City Machine Guns are soon to be All Elite. Not to mention that the Young Bucks have yet to wrestle Adam Copeland and Christian Cage face to face. That dream match appears to be simmering for All In. In the meantime, the Young Bucks got themselves a blockbuster match for Redemption. During Collision (July 18, 2026), The Jackson boys had the testicular fortitude to call out Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay for the PPV. This isn’t just about the testing themselves to prove they are the top team in AEW. The bigger picture for the Young Bucks is to protect Kenny Omega. Sir Kenneth has a date to defend the AEW World Championship against Ospreay at All In. The Bucks don’t like seeing Kenny get chummy with Bruv, because they suspect it is a trap from the Death Riders. Matt and Nick want to prove that Ospreay can not be trusted now that he is a member of Moxley’s crew.

The Young Bucks have no idea when Hangman Page will return to AEW
Hangman Page has been gone from AEW programming ever since he lost against AEW World Champion MJF in the main event of the Revolution pay-per-view over three months ago. Due to his absence, we’ve never seen Hangman’s response to the fact that he can never challenge for the AEW world title ever again. AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium is coming up at the end of August, which has led to anticipation for Page’s return. AEW may have even foreshadowed it when Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland each stole his finishing moves over the weekend in the main event of Forbidden Door. With that in mind, the Young Bucks did a live stream on YouTube yesterday where they were asked when Page will return to AEW. Even though they regularly talk to Hangman, Matt and Nick Jackson swear they have no idea when that will happen. Matt: “When will we see Hangman again? I have no idea. I have no earthly idea.
