AEW All Out 2026 recap & reactions: Will Ospreay is the ace
There is a new ace in AEW. His name is Will Ospreay. The Aerial Assassin overcame the best Jon Moxley could dish out. All Out (Sep. 26, 2026) also featured the Young Bucks staking their case as the greatest tag team of all-time, Thekla earning a title shot, Hangman Page with crazy eyes for Swerve Strickland, the Brawling Birds living up to their name, Okada bringing the Rainmaker to PPV, and more from NOW Arena in Chicago, IL. Let’s break down All Out from top to bottom. Get full play-by-play from Claire Elizabeth. AEW World Championship: Will Ospreay (c) defeated Jon Moxley to retain the title. I’ll get the negative out of the way quickly. In my opinion, the Death Riders style of PPV main event stinks. There’s too many people running in. The match devolves into garbage, and it takes away from the actual wrestling, which is the selling point of AEW. “Where the best wrestle.” Moving on to the positive. I enjoyed the story of Moxley testing Ospreay’s neck with piledrivers and suplexes. T

Young Bucks are the first ever 4-time AEW world tag team champions after brutal TLC dream match
The AEW commentators called it a “generational dream match” when the Young Bucks, FTR, and AEW World Tag Team Champions Adam Copeland & Christian Cage fought in a 3-way ladder match tonight (Sept. 26) at All Out. This match was a callback to Edge and Christian’s famous TLC matches from their WWF days. Needless to say, there were lots of thrilling sequences involving tables, ladders, and chairs. Top rumor of the day: Young Bucks and Kenny Omega’s future, and expiring AEW contracts On the latest episode of Talk’N Shop, Karl Anderson said AEW EVPs Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks are going to be “winding down real soon.” He mentioned that Omega and the Bucks’ AEW contracts are set to expire next year, and “when they hang it up, dude, you’re not gonna ever see these guys ever again.” In a more pressing AEW contract story, Fightful Select claims that Anthony Bowens and Max Caster’s deals with AEW are set to expire at the start of October. There apparently “haven’t been negotiations about a new deal, or word new deals will be offered.” As far as The Acclaimed is concerned, is it possible that Tony Khan is trying to free up that money for signing some notable free agents? Young Bucks get blockbuster match for AEW Redemption PPV
The tag team division in AEW is about to explode with epic matches galore. Speculation is increasing that the New Day and the Motor City Machine Guns are soon to be All Elite. Not to mention that the Young Bucks have yet to wrestle Adam Copeland and Christian Cage face to face. That dream match appears to be simmering for All In. In the meantime, the Young Bucks got themselves a blockbuster match for Redemption. During Collision (July 18, 2026), The Jackson boys had the testicular fortitude to call out Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay for the PPV. This isn’t just about the testing themselves to prove they are the top team in AEW. The bigger picture for the Young Bucks is to protect Kenny Omega. Sir Kenneth has a date to defend the AEW World Championship against Ospreay at All In. The Bucks don’t like seeing Kenny get chummy with Bruv, because they suspect it is a trap from the Death Riders. Matt and Nick want to prove that Ospreay can not be trusted now that he is a member of Moxley’s crew.
